Well we made it here safely. Yesterday was such a long day and I think my cold has gotten worse, but I'm so happy to be here and relaxing. Last night after we got to the hotel we booked a couple trips including a dive trip on the Great Barrier Reef for Christmas day. We also walked down to the market and bought some breakfast foods. The plan for today is relax and recuperate after our 2 days of traveling.
The Apartment here in Cairns is nice and spacious: A full kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a balcony that looks over the pool. The only complaint so far is that Craig and I have 2 twin beds...
The weather is hot and humid. Last night we got rained on on our walk back from the market and today thundershowers are expected.
